I think it all boils down to whose spectacles one is viewing from.

If you look through the eyes of the european (or indoctrinated non-european), then Afrikans are savages.

If you are looking through the spectacles of an Afrikan or indigenous person, then Europeans are the savages.

If ones are conscious of the tricks of the european, then they will realeyes their tricks and tactics are merely sublimation.

By the way, "wet," according to what the youths said in my old neighborhood, is pcp. They typically dip cigarettes in pcp (known as water). Hence they call them dippers.
