Give thanks for sharing with us that the Ethiopian Church teaches that His Majesty is a man and not God.

I think how wever that your view on Rastafari is perhaps a bit lacking or at least a bit dated.

There is a big group of Rastafarians who also do not believe HIM to be God and who worship God Through Kristos. Recently the leader of the biggest Rastafarian organization has declared in public that he believes also this.

If Bob Marley was baptized, you know the requirements, he was baptized by Abuna Yesehaq, what does that say to you.

Although I do agree with you about HIM and also what HIM say so HIMself, I strongly disagree with you when you put Rastafarian"ism" in the same category as Islam or another faith. To call them (and perhaps I am also one of them) hypocrites could be considered a bit offensive from the mouth of a brother Christian. There are many Christians within Rastafari, the movement is basically divided into two main streams: one "eso theric" eand one "Christian". Currently I am writing an Itation about it, should be published this coming week. In the mean time may I also reccommend the book "Dread Jesus".
